Our brand adheres to independent technological innovation for a long time and invests heavily in building an exclusive independent R&D laboratory, with a stable and experienced full-time R&D engineer team. All team members have more than ten years of experience in structural design of lithium brushless tools, electronic control program development and battery adaptation optimization. They are familiar with tool working conditions, safety standards and market demands of various overseas countries, and can complete the whole-process R&D including new product development, old model iteration and customized refitting for customers. Different from OEM manufacturers relying only on external design teams, we own all core technical property rights of products.

The laboratory is fully equipped with complete professional testing and R&D equipment, including motor performance test bench, torque durability tester, high and low temperature simulation chamber, impact aging test equipment, battery cycle charge-discharge detector, dust and waterproof simulation device, noise and vibration analyzer and other full-set hardware. We can independently complete all-dimensional experiments including component performance verification, complete machine durability life test, high and low temperature environment simulation, dustproof and waterproof protection test and long-time continuous operation simulation. No third-party testing agency is required, which greatly shortens the new product R&D cycle and reduces development costs.

Before each new product launch, the R&D laboratory will carry out thousands of cycle simulation tests, repeatedly adjust the electronic control program of brushless motors, optimize the body shock absorption structure and improve the battery endurance matching scheme, so as to optimize product stability for complex working scenarios such as heavy-load construction sites, high-altitude operation and damp outdoor environments. Meanwhile, the laboratory undertakes ODM customized R&D demands from customers. We can independently complete drawing design, prototype sampling and performance debugging according to customers’ target markets, brand positioning and parameter requirements, and quickly deliver customized prototypes that meet overseas standards such as CE and GS. The self-owned R&D laboratory realizes independent research, self-test and self-iteration of technology, and continuously provides differentiated and highly competitive lithium power tool products for global customers.
